Shipping + Returns

How long will it take for me to receive my order? Ready to ship items are typically mailed within 3-4 business days while made to order items are typically sent out between 7-10 business days. Priority mail packages should get delivered in 2-3 days after shipment, and First Class packages 5-7 days. International packages vary, from 4-6 weeks, give or take, depending on each country's customs clearance procedures. 

*International customers are responsible for any customs charges that may incur during pickup. 

*Please note that mail delays due occur. Once packages have been shipped, they are the responsibility of the customer. While I will do my best to answer questions or track missing packages, the best option would be to contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number from your order. Claims for missing packages must be filed by the customer. 

Returns/ Exchanges for physical items will only be accepted on items that have been damaged or if you received the wrong item as an error on my part. Please note that colors may vary from screen to screen and may appear slightly different in person. 

Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital downloads and patterns, these cannot be refunded. If you have questions regarding the pattern or its contents, please email me at hello@willowsandwooldesigns.com. If you are unable to download your pattern from the link provided after purchase, please email me and I will send you a copy. 

Gift Cards Due to the nature of digital gift cards, these cannot be refunded.
